How do I create a fairlogin?
To place an order in the fairkom online store, a fairlogin is required.
To do this, select Login in the top right-hand corner. Then click on „Log in or register here with fairlogin“. If you already have a fairlogin, enter your e-mail address and password under the „Login“ tab and confirm with Login. A new fairlogin can be created via the „Register“ tab. This requires a valid e-mail address and a password. The entries are confirmed with Register.
How does an order in the fairkom online store work?
1) Log in with fairlogin
2) Select product and „Add to shopping cart“
3) Check shopping cart and „Continue to checkout“
4) Enter billing details
5) Confirm with „Buy now
What means of payment are accepted?
In the store you can pay by PayPal, invoice, EPS, instant banking or credit card.
How are the items taxed?
All item prices in the online store are shown excluding taxes.
VAT is added in the shopping cart. VAT is based on the tax rate of the respective country.
The total amount displayed in the shopping cart includes VAT.
For European companies, VAT can be deducted or a reverse charge procedure can be used.
The VAT number must be entered during the order process. VAT will then not be charged.
When will the service be activated?
The services are not available immediately after purchase. The purchase must be checked again by us and then approved.
The services are activated within a few hours on working days during our office hours.
How can a service be terminated?
A service can be canceled at any time by sending an email to sales@fairkom.eu.
The subscription ends after the time specified for the product.
Can I use a service for a donation?
Our services may also be used for a donation in accordance with the fair use principle. For this purpose, the applications in the Basic version are made available to a reduced extent.
